During the past few years, there has been confusion about prostate cancer with vitamins and if they really work or not. In fact, one study that concluded in 2008, said vitamin E does not work at all helpful.
But here's the problem with this:
Although the study did not reveal a lack of effect of vitamin E on prostate cancer prevention, did not do it in a way that makes much sense.
Why do I say?
Because they have tested vitamin E (one of the more popular prostate cancer vitamins) in isolation.
Well, guess what?
Vitamins do not work in isolation.
They are not found in nature in isolation, and instead to work synergistically with other nutrients and minerals. Take a piece of fruit, for example. If you just take the sugar from the fruit and consume that sugar is not good for you. However, when used in combination with fiber and other vitamins and minerals in the fruit, suddenly has no nutritional value.
It's the same with any other vitamins, too.
If you get vitamin E in a multivitamin in the laboratory, you're probably not going to get the maximum benefit.
But, if it is through eating fish and some nuts in their natural state, the way God has created, it is far more power and "Punch ."
Which is what the study of prostate cancer is not taken into account.
In any case, it's something to keep in mind if you are interested in prostate cancer vitamins.
